Trynh uses a Canon R5 & R6 , Leica Q2, Contax 645 (medium format film), Canon 35mm film camera. The Team uses various cameras Nikon, Canon, Leica, or Sony.

We do not pick random photographers to work with. Other photographers usually hire random photographers to be 2nd photographers, many time these photographers rate are low bc they are inexperienced and those photos are not useful.
We have a team of 10 photographers that Trynh have trained and have been working with for several years regularly in the company.
Their work is as high quality as Trynh's and they add great value to your day and to the images that you receive.

We have a questionnaire that you fill out that will let us know how you would like your day to be captured, including shot list checklists. We will also create a moldboard together.

We have a very hands-on approach to setting up a wedding day timeline—our goal is to ensure that you have the best natural light for every part of your celebration. We also prefer to help build the timeline together with your planner and designer to gives you plenty of time to capture all of your desired portraits and photographs throughout the day with buffers to ensure you have a smooth and enjoyable experience. We balance art directing, styled detail shots and portraits, and capturing the moments that happen organically through photojournalistic coverage. The end result yields a beautiful balance of people, details and emotion.

As the creators, we naturally have copyrights to all the images we make. No image may be altered in any manner (besides basic cropping or text) or sold for profit without our explicit consent.

Yes, High-Resolution jpegs are available for download. Printing rights are released with the purchase of the High-Res files which allows printing and usage for personal needs. Example: Printing photos for yourselves or others as gifts, posting it up on your Facebook or Instagram, using your images to decorate, sharing/distributing to family + friends, etc.

We completely understand that weddings may be costly, unfortunately, We are not able to offer discounts or negotiate rates. We put a great amount of care and hard work into each wedding and refuse to provide less than my best work, period. We do, however, offer custom packages base on your needs.

The full gallery is delivered 4-6 weeks after your wedding. During a very busy season, it may take up to 6-8 weeks.

The photos will go through the usual editing of cropping, color, contrast adjustment etc. All images will be selected and edited before it is delivered to you in an online gallery. Any adjustments we make are minimal, leaving your photographs looking clean, beautiful and representative of your celebration.

Trynh is more than happy to visit your wedding venue and do a complimentary walk through with you, preferably at a time close to your wedding date so that we can see what the lighting conditions will be like on your wedding day.

If you are uncomfortable with us blogging or posting your images, please let us know! We love to share our photos so that new clients can see our work but we understand and respect your right to privacy.

We always plan to arrive on location at least the morning prior to the wedding or the first event we’re shooting, and often several days prior for international events. This time frame allows for any travel delays, and gives us time to get acclimated to the area, including scouting the wedding and shooting locations. During scouting, we often begin taking location and “scene” shots, which help narrate the complete story of your wedding. Once we arrive we also like to collect important details like a welcome bag, favor or other items we will be photographing in addition to the paper suite.

We will first photograph you with your immediate family members (parents and siblings) and grandparents (if applicable) during the allotted formal family time. If you have groupings outside of immediate family, we suggest you provide these details at least two weeks prior to your wedding so we can schedule our time accordingly. Additionally, please inform us of any special groupings due to family circumstances (i.e divorce, stepparents, etc) so that we can appropriately welcome and recognize all of the meaningful relationships in your life.

Staying on schedule is one of the most important factors of our work. We plan carefully with your wedding planner or coordinator to create a custom minute-by-minute photo timeline for each event. Adhering to our photo timeline ensures that we are able to capture every incredible moment and detail of your celebration in optimal lighting conditions.

While rain on your wedding day is considered lucky—it's certainly not what we hope for. That said, we've navigated the challenges weather can pose time and time again, and some of our proudest work is from rainy celebrations. We work together with your wedding planner to come up with a strong Plan B—and even a Plan C. Ultimately, in these circumstances, this is when our experience, expertise and resourcefulness pay off in dividends. Should severe weather threaten your wedding day to the point of needing to reschedule—each wedding and each situation is unique, and that's how we handle them. But know this, we’re your partner and friend through it all.

Our team has in-house professional retouching for more extensive requests. These may include wardrobe, hair and makeup adjustments, head swapping, background alterations or any elements beyond basic retouching at a custom rate. For this, we will provide a quote for your approval before commissioning any additional work.
