BEFORE BOOKING

  • Once we select a start date for the project, a 50% deposit is required to confirm all bookings, this amount will go towards your final payment and is due within 24 hour of the invoice to reserve your spot (the date will be released from hold if the deposit has not been received after 24 hour).
  • After the deposit is made and dates are confirmed, we can plan the project in details. We will be available to assist you through the planning and styling process via email/text/phone call.
  • Venmo, Zelle, e-Check, cash, credit cards are accepted. A 4% fee for credit card transaction (this fee must be paid in cash, Venmo or Zelle).
  • Final payment is due on the date your last session before you will receive your final content. Late payment will incur an additional $50 fee per day.
  • Referral program, invite friends by giving them $300 off their booking (have your friend mention your name). For every offer redeemed, you’ll also get $300 off your booking.

CANCELLATION & LATE POLICY

  • The payment is NON-REFUNDABLE for cancellation. No exceptions. This fee covers initial communication, all planning, location hunting, and blocking off a specific time frame, we held the time for you and were not able to book someone else.
  • There is no fee to reschedule due to weather changes, however, we will determine if we need to reschedule.
  • It is $100 to reschedule if notice is given 7 days prior to the shoot, if the notice is given less than 7 days prior to the shoot it is $200 fee to reschedule. Reschedule must be the dates that we have the holiday mini sessions available for the year. Or your amount can be used toward a future booking at full rate.

FAQ

1. Do you provide props?

We will try to help source props for each project, however, we do not store any in our studio.

2. What if we go over the booking time limit?

We try not to go over 15 minutes of booking time. If the session runs over 30minutes, we can invoice by 30 minutes increment for time.

THE FINE PRINT

Due to the high demand for service with Trynh, you must pay a deposit to hold your date. This payment is non-refundable and non-transferable to hold your reservation.

If the client is unsatisfied with the final product for any reason due to circumstances that are not controllable by the creator (ie. weather, body image, hair, clothes, etc.), the client may reschedule and pay for another session.

Client understands and agrees that the Creator will not book other sessions during this time. In the event that Client cancels the session or fails to attend the session on the Session Date, for any reason, Trynh shall suffer losses that are difficult to ascertain. As such, Client agrees that, in the event of cancellation by Client, the deposit shall be forfeited by Client and paid to Trynh as liquidated damages and not as a penalty. Client and Trynh agree that such amount is reasonable. Prices and policies are subject to change without notice.

Client understands that Trynh retains the copyrights of all images and videos and will not use for commercial purpose or monetary gains. Clients cannot reproduce the images for commercial use without permission or additional fees.

By paying the invoice, you have read the Fine Print and Policies and are in agreement.
